We are at their mercy and I am tired of it. I can't believe that they released an update to the PDF driver in the R5 release of 2010. I just spent an hour on the phone with Intuit tech support to be told that 2009 R10 is incompatible with Windows 7 and that I needed to upgrade to 2010. Start the app. 7.
