To be quite honest I am not sure about the "Configure your Internet address" wizard. I checked our records and found that the password had been reset since the last time I logged on; after entering the new details I was able to log in successfully. Just copy & paste one of the other functions, and change "authorize" to "authenticate", or whatever. I set to all RRAS log and additional debug log to %windir%\tracing.
