- Click choose and browse to the location of your iTunes Library.itl file, normally inside
\iTunes.If that doesn't fix it see Fix unexpected quits or launch issues in iTunes for Windows
- I could plug it in later.
- Clearing the Open recent memory is the better solution.

I was attempting to view a mov (lumix camera file) after reading your string I simply re-installed the quicktime programme that came with the camera and bingo no more error dumps. Support Apple Support Communities Shop the Apple Online Store (1-800-MY-APPLE), visit an Apple Retail Store, or find a reseller. During the process I also received the No Disk message each time I changed a drive letter.
