- In fact, when you inspect the extension which fails to load with ``otool -L EXTENSION.so`` you can see it's linked with the wrong Python library.

The problem comes from an extension being linked against the *default* Python (i.e. My ~/bin contains small scripts and apps : fig2tikz git-diff-cmd.sh git-meld.sh git-meld.sh~ medit mmg3d5 I can remove it from the PATH if you think it is useful.
