Importerror: No Module Named Cv

Can you help with troubleshooting this? Would there be no time in a universe with only light? There is a solution for this. I had problems for both Python 2.7 and Python 3.4 but after upgrading cmake everything was found and configured appropriately.

I think it might be a bug with OpenCV as I've gone through the process a bunch of times, each time ensuring that the /comment-entry 7 package was included in the Python Install Opencv Hmmm: "the old cv (or cv2.cv) module won't be there in upcoming opencv versions" ...
