I am not able to reproduce the issue as it needs specific glibc and kernel versions. I'm still getting error 22 returning from pthread_create(), but the SIGSEGV error on pthread_join is no longer occurring. We recommend upgrading to the latest Safari, Google Chrome, or Firefox.
