I just assumed that Automatix installed all this guff, but it doesn't. SELinux is disabled. I tried getting any output to the terminal but was not succesfull at fiddling this. I added OPENSSH SERVER and WinSCP now connects. Check /var/log/auth.log, does it say anything about turning you down for not having an SSH key?
